Surcharge Reporting Form - Effective August 1st, 2026
Please be advised that effective August 1, 2026, the Black Car Fund surcharge rate for passengers will decrease from 2.5% to 2.25%. Below is a notice that was sent to Member Bases informing them of this decrease, and above is an updated surcharge form to be used for all Covered Services performed on or after August 1st, 2026

Electronic Surcharge Remittance
Member Bases can now elect to remit their monthly surcharge to The BCF electronically.
Please note that this online form can only be used for February 2025 and subsequent months. Payments for months prior to this date must be submitted using the Surcharge reporting form above.
