Please note: The Black Car Fund's office does not accept walk-ins. If you are interested in reporting a work-related accident to The Fund, please do so using this webpage, or through The Black Car Fund App. You can also call our offices during business hours (Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM) to report your accident to our Claims Team. If you have an existing claim, please communicate with your assigned adjuster via email or phone.
