What is the Independent Drivers Guild Mental Health and Wellness Program?
Are you feeling stressed by what’s happening in your life? You don’t have to go through this alone.
The IDG Mental Health and Wellness program can help. Experienced social workers can provide confidential counseling and support accessing services and can help you come up with new ways of reducing stress, building healthy relationships, and overcoming other challenges life throws in your path.
Features:
Individual, Couples and Family counseling for drivers and their families.
Accessing free benefits and services like SNAP, the HRA, and financial assistance programs.
Wellness Community Spaces – Gatherings for drivers to come together to share resources, learn new skills, and support each other.
Wellness Advocate Program – Advocates are drivers who support other drivers in meeting their wellness goals.

Meetings with counselors are free.
Counselors speak English, Spanish, French, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Nepali, and Moroccan.
