Eligible drivers enrolled in The Black Car Fund Drivers Benefits Program will have access to Personal Accident Insurance. This benefit provides direct lump-sum payments from $50 to $40,000, in the event of a range of serious, covered accidental injuries or medical events, such as:

  • Broken bones²

  • Dislocations²

  • Eye injuries

  • Skin grafts

  • Concussions

  • Lacerations needing stitches

  • Second- and third-degree burns

  • Coma

  • Ruptured discs

  • Broken teeth³

What is included in Personal Accident Insurance?

    • You receive a check, payable to you, for maximum convenience.

  2. Can be Used Alongside Other Insurance

    • Payment is not reduced nor affected by any other insurance you may have.

  3. Freedom to Choose How Payments Are Used

    • Because this benefit provides direct payments, you can use the funds any way you see fit.
